Products, Orders, and Processing

My Store 2 offers products including Hair, Body, Skin, Shave items, Bundles & Sets, and New arrivals. Although we strive to provide accurate images, descriptions, prices, and inventory status, these may be subject to change.

All orders are contingent upon item availability and verification of pricing. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. My Store 2 reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or decline any order for reasons such as inventory shortages, pricing errors, payment complications, or suspected fraud.

Order processing typically requires 1-3 business days before shipment. Shipping times are generally between 7 and 12 business days, with shipping costs calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour period, your order may already be processing, making cancellation no longer possible.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
